Story: Maria’s Eating Habits

Maria is a student. She is twelve years old and lives in CancĂșn. She is usually very busy because she studies every morning.

She always has breakfast at 7:00 a.m. She eats toast with butter and drinks a glass of milk. She sometimes eats fruit, like an apple or a banana.

At school, she has lunch at 1:00 p.m. She usually eats rice, chicken, and vegetables. She drinks orange juice or water. She never eats fast food at school because she likes healthy food.

In the evening, she has dinner with her family at 7:30 p.m. They often eat soup and salad. After dinner, she sometimes drinks tea with her mother.

Maria is happy with her eating habits. She likes fruit and vegetables, and she doesn’t eat too many sweets.
